1. Login to Your Full Circle Account
The first step to canceling your Full Circle subscription is to log in to your account. Visit the Full Circle website and look for the login button at the top right corner. Click on it and enter your login credentials, including your email address and password. Once logged in, you will have access to all the features of your account.
2. Navigate to Your Subscription Settings
Once you are logged in, locate the “Account Settings” tab or a similar option on the Full Circle website. Click on it, and a drop-down menu will appear. Look for the “Subscription Settings” or “Manage Subscriptions” option and select it. This will redirect you to the page where you can modify your subscription details.
3. Review Your Subscription Details
On the subscription settings page, you will see an overview of your subscription details. Take a moment to review your subscription plan, including the frequency of deliveries, the box size, and any customization options you might have chosen. This step will help you ensure that you cancel the correct subscription.
4. Locate the Cancel Subscription Option
Scroll through the subscription settings page until you find the option to cancel your subscription. Full Circle usually makes this option visible and easily accessible to ensure a smooth cancellation process for their customers. Look for a button or link that says “Cancel Subscription” or something similar.
5. Follow the Cancellation Process
Clicking on the “Cancel Subscription” button will initiate the cancellation process. Full Circle might prompt you with a feedback form or ask for the reason behind your decision to cancel. Take your time to provide honest feedback, as it is valuable information for the Full Circle team to improve their services.
After submitting the cancellation request, you might receive a confirmation email from Full Circle. Make sure to check your inbox, including the spam folder, to ensure that you have received the confirmation email. It is advisable to keep this email for future reference.
6. Finalize the Cancellation
Once you have completed the cancellation process, it is essential to double-check your subscription settings to ensure that the cancellation has been successfully processed. Go back to the subscription settings page and verify that your subscription status is now listed as “Canceled” or “Inactive.”
Additionally, it is a good idea to check your payment method to ensure that no further charges will be made. If you notice any discrepancies or if your cancellation does not reflect accurately, reach out to Full Circle’s customer support immediately for assistance.
